A newer and underrated kid on the block for tasty and affordable western food is Collin's. With its attention to plating, Collin's serves italian pasta, pizza, western grilled meats, and a good range of seafood.
Collin's restaurants are located at Shaw Plaza, Jubilee Square, and Marina Square. It also has stalls at several outlets throughout Singapore. Its menu is extensive and you will definitely be spoilt for choice!

Side Dishes
Crispy Sweet Potato Fries
$4.50
For $4.50, this was a really good deal. The fries were crispy and you can also ask for cheese and mayo sauce aside from the typical chilli and tomato.
Baked Escargot with Garlic Toast (Lower half)
$10.90
The garlic toast was crispy and well-flavoured. While the escargot tasted good, we preferred the more garlicky style.
Pasta
Grilled Chicken and Mixed Fungi Tagliatelle in Smooth Chicken Gravy

The tagliatelle was al dente and the texture was springy. Paired with the chicken gravy, it is a burst of flavours!
Crab and Scallop Croquettes with Spaghetti tossed in Chilli Crab Sauce
$15.50
The scallops were big and juicy and they went well with the chilli crab sauce. The croquette was also crispy on the outside with oozing creamy crab filling inside. Yummy!
The Grill
Grilled Mushroom Chicken Chop

The juicy slab of chicken came with mesclun salad, corn on the cob, as well as aglio olio on the side. The aglio olio was tangy and not too oily.
Duck Confit, served with risotto
$15.50
Who needs to head to Saveur for duck confit? Collin's makes great duck confit as its meat is tender, and falls off the bone! The risotto was also really flavourful. However, we did find it a tad salty after half the meal.
Black Angus Ribeye Steak

The Angus steak came with potato wedges, grilled vegetables and corn on the cob.
